St Anne Resort & spa is fabulous resort in a stunning setting of a five hundred acre private island surrounded by a protected marine park and situated just off the coast of Mahé. The four restaurants at Sainte Anne Resort Seychelles - Le Mont Fleuri, L' Oceane, Le Robinson and L'Abundance - are all acclaimed throughout the archipelago for their extraordinary cuisine. Each dish is a work of art, pleasing to view and delectable to taste. Combining the most exquisite international delicacies with fine local products, this inventive chef has produced a menu of astonishing quality.
Le Mont Fleuri Restaurant - is the setting for a memorable evening experience. Perched on wooden stilts rising over the water, the flavours of Mediterranean inspired cuisine - truffles, fig marmalade will tempt your palate.
Adjacent to L’Abondance, L' Oceane is a Beach restaurant consisting in a string of thatched pavilions serving typical Creole cuisine.
L’Abondance Restaurant - is the main buffet restaurant situated opposite the sea overlooking the main swimming pool and edged by cool reflecting ponds.
L'Oceane Restaurant - a beach front restaurant set under a string of thatched pavilions. The restaurant serves simple and authentic local seafood including la carte fish dishes and Creole cuisine.
Le Mont Fleuri - considered to be one of the finest restaurants in the Seychelles it has stunning views of the ocean and Sainte Anne Island. Dinning is treetop level and has tranquil discreet ambience with a wonderful choice of fine cuisine. Opened 6 days a week - an a la carte supplement will apply.
Le Robinson Restaurant - a secluded Island restaurant on the water's edge with stunning views of the ocean. It provides evening dinners with a Discovery menu as a supplement.
Takamaka Beach Bar - situated on the beach at Anse tortue (‘Turtle Bay’) with views over to Moyenne Island, Round Island, Cerf Island and Long Island. It is open for luches and drinks (Open November to April).
Le Sans-Souci Bar - is the main bar and is open from 10a.m until midnight.
