Situated on the North-East part of the Island of Praslin. Le Duc is a family owned hotel set in a wonderful lush tropical and orchid gardens said to have over 100 diffenrt orchids in it. The hotel is close to the famous Cote d'Or beach. Set in a beautiful tropical and orchid garden a short walk from the glorious Cote d’Or Beach, Le Duc de Praslin. The hotel is approx. 40 minutes transfer from the airport (15 mins flight and 25 mins drive).

Le Duc rooms are set within a lovingly tended garden, ornamental fish pond and tropical orchid displays. The rooms are spacious and stylishly decorated with Creole ambience and colours with spacious verandah. Beach - a narrow path fringed with lush vegetation separates Le Duc from the Côte d’Or Beach, acknowledged as one of the best in Seychelles for swimming, strolling and generally watching the world go by.
The evening is great to wander off along the beach before dinner to experience a tropical evening. Towards Ste Pierre and Chauve Souris Island there is a opportunity to see the dramatic fruit bats settling down for the night within the mango trees and a little further will bring you to a few beachside restaurants and at the far end of the bay, the Tanta Mimi Casino and restaurant.

Le Dauphin Restaurant - the main restaurant serves delicious local cuisine overlooks an orchid garden with more than 100 varieties of orchids and a new lovely fish pond which extends right into the middle of the Restaurant.
The Cafe des Arts Restaurant - arts which is a fine dining seafood restaurant situated right on the beautiful sandy beach.provides dining alongside the beautiful Cote D'or beach and has a great reputation as one of the best restaurants in Praslin. The restaurants serves the best the Seychelles has to offer, such as raw fish carpachio, seafood gratin, a variety of curries with coconut milk and cinnamon, smoked marlin with lemon.
