The new Hilton has 40 bright and spacious elegant villas, beautifully designed to a high standard The villas are stylish furnished with modern decor and using natural materials and rich Asian fabrics . They give a small village type feel to the hotel. There are choices of Oceanview hillside villas or Deluxe Oceanfront villas, all elevated above the ground on stilts with wonderful views of the Indian Ocean.
All villas are the same size and have air-conditioning, with four-poster king size bed and lace canopy IDD bedside phone, internet access, personal safe, work desk,flat screen television, DVD/CD player, coffee machine, living area, beautiful bathroom, Jacuzzi and private terrace with ocean vistas.

Oceanview Hillside Villas - 14 villas are double-storey. are set in lush tropical forest.
Deluxe Oceanfront Villas - 26 villas are single-storey, and most of are located over the water.
The Ian Fleming Suite - is elevated on stilts over the ocean with all the facilities of the Deluxeocean villas.
Facilities abound at the Northolme ranging from the exotic luxurious infinity swimming pool to the Duniye Spa offering a range of massage treatments, body wraps, steam rooms and Yoga pavilion.
A small beach with an elevated sun bed area entices you into the warm waters of the Indian Ocean. Swimming from the beach may be limited at certain times of the year.
