Set in a secluded Beau Vallon cove at the end of  Beau Vallon Bay considered to be the longest beach on the on the main island Mahe.  The hotels is a 2 minute drive or pleasant stroll from the small village of Beau Vallon just four miles the capital Victoria and a 30 minutes drive from the airport.

Initially established in 1943, The Fisherman’s Cove was the islands first and most well know hotel in Seychelles.  The hotel is tucked away in a stunning location on the end of Beau Vallon bay welcoming guest with a spacious reception and lounge and stunning views of the Indian Ocean.  A typically Seychellois hotel with  palm thatched roofs  is set in lush tropical surrounds make it ideal for discovering nature  should it be taking long walks to discovering of flora or taking in the marine life  with several dive site in close proximity.
ROOMS & SUITES

The hotel has 68 Rooms and Suites that are tastefully furnished in a warm and colourful Creole style. All rooms have air-conditioning, internet access (fee applies, television with on-demand movies, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, telephone and terrace or balcony with garden or sea view.

Guest Rooms:
Superior Hibiscus Room (approx. 30 sqm) - 19 rooms; tastefully furnished airy rooms located in the main building  and are set to the rear of the hotel and have sea facing balconies or terrace.

Deluxe Frangipani Room (approx. 45 sqm) - 24 rooms; are larger cottage style rooms, located near the beach or pool, with open plan bathrooms with separate shower and private decking.


Guest Suites:
Classic Creole Suite (approx. 55 sqm) - 14 suites; are in a colourful Creole décor,  and a separate sitting area and an espresso machine.

Deluxe and Executive Suite (approx. 70 sqm) - 2 Deluxe & 8 Executive suites  Are located at the garden level with wonderful views of the bay. The amenities are as the Classic Creole Suites except  a large open air bathroom. Executive suites are at the garden or top level and have a large bathroom, separate walk in shower and spacious dressing facilities.

The Le Meridien has 2 Restaurants and 2 Bars.

Le Cardinal – is the main restaurant with wonderful sea views and offers themed buffets and occasional live music Open 7:30 – 10:30 and 19:00- 22:30.

Le Bourgeois - a la carte fine dining restaurant with elegant, relaxed surround and views overlooking Beau Vallon Bay. It serves a choice of creative specialty seafood and international dishes. Open 12:30-15:00 and 17:30 to 22:30
Dramatic decore – crazy chef.

Sunset Bar - a contemporary beach front bar ideal for a aperitif or late night cocktails (complimentary afternoon tea/coffee and cakes) Open 11:00 to 23:00.

Le Cocoloba Bar – the bar is an ideal spot to relax, soak in the wonderful views, and enjoy the cool music and a laid back luxurious atmosphere. Is located in the main building and serves a range of light snacks and beverages. Open 10 to midnight.
