The Mauritian colonial resort is situated in the heart of 'Domaine de Bel Ombre, on the South coast of Mauritius. Named after a famous Irish naturalist, Charles Telfair, who lived in the area in the 19th century. The resort is approx. 35 km from the airport and approx. 50 km (1 hour) from the capital Port-Louis.

The Heritage Le Telfair resort offers 20 different Villas of 6 or 8 rooms. 158 Rooms and Suites have sea views or river views, French windows, private balconies or verandas. All equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, hairdryer, safe, sat. TV, tea/coffee making facilities, mini-bar, bathroom with separate bath and shower. Butler service, I-Pod docking station and an espresso machine (in suites only).
Guest Rooms:
Superior Room (approx. 54 – 62 sqm) – total of 128 rooms with terrace, 1 King-size bed or Twin beds, sofa bed (78 rooms have a sea view; 20 rooms are connected to Junior Suites and 2 rooms to Ocean Suites; 32 rooms are connected to other Superior rooms on the ground floor). Max. occupancy 2 adults + 2 children (up to 12 yrs.) OR 3 adults.
Guest Suites:
Junior Suite (approx. 81 sqm) - 20 suites with King-size bed, a large antique type bath in the centre of the bathroom, lounge area and a large four poster bed. The suites on the ground floor also have an outdoor shower. All Junior Suites are connected to Superior rooms. Some suites with sea view. Butler service is also available. Max. occupancy 2 adults + 1 baby.
Senior Suite (approx. 102 sqm) – 8 suites with King-size bed and an extra bed, lounge and dining area, antique furniture and spacious dressing room. The suites on the ground floor also have an outdoor shower. Some suites with sea view. Butler service is also available. Max. occupancy 2 adults + 1 child (up to 12 yrs.) OR 3 adults.
Ocean Suite (approx. 104 sqm) – 2 sea-facing suites have King-size bed and an extra bed, an outdoor shower, spacious veranda, living area and separate dining room. Butler service is also available. Max. occupancy 2 adults + 1 child (up to 12 yrs.) OR 3 adults.

The Heritage Le Telfair Restaurants & Bars.
Annabella's - the main restaurant offering International cuisine is divided into four distinct spaces around an open kitchen with a view of the river. It has a creative brassiere menu and menu for children. Annabella's also has a large terrace. Annabella was the lady of the house, the wife of Charles Telfair. Open for breakfast and dinner. Dress Code - smart casual (long trousers, closed shoes and collared shirts as from 7pm onwards).
Gin'ja – modern restaurant is serving Pan Asian cuisine and also offering a children menu. It is set on a stretch of white sandy beach at the lagoon. Open for lunch and dinner. Dress Code - elegant from 6:30pm onwards (long trousers and closed shoes requested for gentlemen).
Le Château de Bel Ombre – built in the late 19th century and set amidst elegant 100 year old gardens, this colonial style mansion was the heart of the Domaine de Bel Ombre. Enjoy Mauritian dinner made with local products. Open for breakfast and dinner (a la carte). Dress code - relaxed but chic from 7pm onwards (trousers, closed shoes and collared shirts for gentlemen).
Le Palmier - located on the edge of the beach and beside the pool, this a la carte restaurant and bar offers a light, varied cuisine and refreshments.
The Golf Club - offering light meals throughout the day. The menu offers a choice of sandwiches, salads and Mauritian dishes (a la carte), a choice of wines served on a terrace looking out over the golf course.
Cavendish Bar & Lounge – the name "Cavendish" refers to a type of banana imported to Mauritius by Charles Telfair. It is a place where you can enjoy an aperitif, local rum, or a relaxed piano bar atmosphere. Dress code - smart casual (trousers, closed shoes and collared shirts for gentlemen as from 6:30pm onwards).
C Beach Club - located on the beachfront, adjacent to the Heritage Le Telfair, the C Beach Club brings together tropical accents and relaxation. Including:
Cyan Restaurant - Mediterranean cuisine including tapas, mezze and antipasti.
Coast Restaurant - light dishes, grills, pizzas and grilled vegetables.
