The Residence has 135 Rooms and 28 Suites, immaculately appointed. All feature king size or twin beds, air-conditioning, overhead fan, living area (separate living room in Senior Suites), sat. TV, DVD/CD-player, in-house movie/music channels, mini-bar, safe, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, terrace or balcony and private butler service. Large marble bathrooms have separate bath and shower, hairdryer and walk-in wardrobe with safe.

Colonial Garden View Room (approx. 54 sqm) – 41 rooms with spacious balcony or terrace, a walk-in wardrobe and a large marble bathroom is equipped with a separate bathtub and shower cabin.
Colonial Ocean View Room (approx. 56 sqm) – 56 rooms; enjoy the same amenities as the Garden View Room, but with the added ocean view.
Colonial Ocean Front Room (approx. 58 sqm) – all 38 rooms boast views of the Indian Ocean and enjoy the same amenities as the Ocean View Room.

Colonial Garden View Junior Suite (approx. 86 sqm) - 8 suites; the suite is ideal for families. Complimentary computer with internet access (optional).
Colonial Garden View Senior Suite (approx. 106 sqm) – 10 spacious suites have the same amenities as the Garden View Junior Suite, but with their own separate living room. The suite is ideal for families.
Colonial Ocean View Suite (approx. 164 sqm) – 2 suites are elegantly furnished in a refined colonial style and with a sumptuous four-poster bed. The living room hosts a computer with free internet access; one TV set is also placed in the bedroom. All suites are beautifully appointed with spacious marble bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower cabin, wardrobe and offer luxurious La Prairie amenities. Amenities: Four-Poster-Bed, private veranda with day bed and furniture and separate living room.
Colonial Ocean Front Suite (approx. 116 sqm) – 8 suites boast breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. All suites are beautifully appointed with spacious marble bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower cabin, wardrobe, and offer luxurious La Prairie amenities. The suites benefit from a second bathroom with additional toilet, hand basin and shower. Amenities: Four-Poster-Bed, private veranda with day bed and furniture and separate living room.

The Dining Room - a breakfast offers both Western and local specialities, as well as a selection of freshly squeezed fruit juices. The atmosphere of the restaurant and cuisine moves to an à la carte menu in the evening.
The Verandah - the lunch menu features a choice of exciting light dishes served around the pool overlooking the sea.
The Plantation – the restaurant is in a spectacular oceanfront setting, by the beach. Enjoy a freshest seafood and Creole cuisine, live Sega dancing performances and original local entertainment (occasional).
The Gourmet Kiosque - serves delicious sweet snacks and an assortment of ice creams.
