The Le Touessrok has 5 Restaurants & a choice of Bars.
Three-Nine-Eight Restaurant – the name means: on three floors there are the cuisines of nine countries in a 'culinary theatre' presented by eight show kitchens.
The main dining room on three different levels presents nine different cuisines - Mauritian, Indian, Middle Eastern, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Spanish, Italian and French, with eight spectacular, open kitchens, where you can see your breakfast or dinner being prepared. The restaurant has also a spiritual dimension, rooted in Chinese Feng Shui.

Barlen's – beach restaurant and bar offers Asian and European cuisine, open kitchen featuring a glass-encased sushi counter, Japanese Robata grill and European volcanic-rock grill. Open for lunch and dinner.

Safran Restaurant – overlooking Hibiscus Bay, this elegant and contemporary restaurant serves Indian recipes prepared with Continental methods. The focal point is open kitchen with tandoori ovens. Open for dinner only.

Sega Bar – located next to the main pool where you can enjoy refreshing drinks, tropical cocktails and light snacks. A selection of Pure Malt Scotch Whiskies, Single Barrel Bourbons, Le Touessrok's home-made rums along with fine rums from around the world. Evening jazz live entertainment (occasional).
Crusoe's Restaurant & Robinson's Bar – open for lunch, Crusoe's offers fresh fish, salad bar and pizzas. On Sunday also Mauritian outdoor buffet, Asian stir-fries and seafood. In Robinson's Bar you can taste a selection of home-made rum.
Paul et Virginie & Sands Bar – named after the famous shipwrecked lovers Paul et Virginie of the 18th century, the restaurant serves for lunch grilled, fried or steamed local fish, seafood, pizzas and simple Mauritian dishes. Music entertainments in the evening (occasional). Sands Bar serves a selection of drinks, light lunch dishes and snacks.
