This luxury Constance Le Prince is set within 60 hectares of un-spoilt land, on the North-East coast of Mauritius. A natural fish reserve is situated in the western part of the hotel. The hotel is approx. 45 km from the airport and approx. 35 km from the capital Port Louis.

There are 77 Suites and 12 Villas features massive wood furniture and all are fully equipped with air-conditioning, hairdryer, mini-bar, sat. TV, CD/DVD players, safe, bath with bathtub, separate shower, balcony or terrace.
Guest Suites & Villas:
Junior Suite (approx. 70 sqm) – 68 suites are located on the ground and first floor with sea view or garden view. 8 suites are overlooking the natural fish reserve. Including one bedroom with a sitting area. Interconnecting Junior Suites are also available.
Villa (approx. 130 sqm) – 12 villas with direct beach access and heated private pool. 3 villas (without private pool) are overlooking the natural fish reserve. Also equipped with bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, outdoor bath, separate living room and dining/seating area.
Princely Suite (approx. 350 sqm) – 1 suite has two Junior and one Senior Suite with own garden, two swimming pools, private terraces and view of lagoon. Located on the beach and equipped also with guests bathroom and a small kitchen for the butler’s use.

The Constance Le Prince Maurice has 3 Restaurants & 2 Bars.
L’Archipel Restaurant – an elegant a la carte restaurant is serving an Asian dishes and also local cuisine. Located in the main building and overlooking the pool and the beach, it’s open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Le Barachois – a floating unique restaurant offers grills, seafood and Mauritian specialties. Overlooking the lagoon with mountain view. It is open for dinner.
Le Beach Deck – an a la carte restaurant is open for lunch and special events, and located near the beach.
The Lotus Lounge Bar – trendy bar where you can enjoy signature cocktails and evening aperitifs.
Laguna Bar – cocktails, light snacks and occasional live entertainment. The bar is overlooking the main pool and lagoon.
Dress code:
Breakfast and Lunch - smart casual (no bikinis, no sleeveless t-shirts for man)
Evening at the bars/restaurants (from 6.30 pm) - jacket and tie are not necessary for dinner. Elegant chic (no t-shirts, bermudas, shorts, sandals or slippers).

From 1 July 2012 to 31 August 2012, Constance Le Prince Maurice will be closed in order to upgrade and refurbish the facilities as follow:
Spa - adding additional rooms.
Swimming pool - building new heated lap pool.
Suites & Villas - refurbishing all suites and luxury bathrooms.
Main Restaurant – upgrading.
New wine cellar adjoining to the restaurant - stocked with exclusive old and new world wines
Le Barachois( the floating restaurant) will serve new menu of fish & seafood and adding a float bar near the Barachois.
