Superior Charm Beach Villa (approx. 58 sqm) - sea-facing with brilliant views and outdoor showers and uniquely designed open space.

Deluxe Delight Beach Villa (approx. 66 sqm) - other facilities include an outer deck and space for dinner. Large glass bay windows with amazing beach views.

Premium Indulgence Water Villa (approx. 85 sqm) - other facilities include an open-air shower and direct access to the lagoon, a large comfortable sea-facing bed, wardrobe and direct access to the outdoor deck from the bedroom & bathroom, bathrooms with deep soaking tubs, beautiful lagoon views, and rain showers. Other furnishings include a day bed with comfortable and stylish furniture.

Presidential Nirvana Suite with Pool (approx. 215 sqm) - the villa is split into two levels. Other facilities in Presidential Nirvana Suite with Pool include  52” LCD TV with home theatre system, iPod docket and DVD player,  two bedrooms and a large living area with the views of the Indian Ocean. A large comfortable master bed and Twin beds, the spacious living area and dining area with pantry, a five-fixture master bath, outdoor shower and three-fixture powder room.
