There are 57 Water Villa, 20 Beach Villas, 8 Double Storey Beach Villas & 1 Presidential Beach Villa. Facilities include air-conditioning, LCD TV, DVD player, WIFI Internet access free of charge through Imac system, Ipod connection, telephone, mini-bar, mini wine cooler with a selection of wine, tea/coffee making facilities, safe, desk, bathroom comprising of separate shower (inside or outside), hairdryer, sitting area, plunge pool located on the beach or over the water and terrace or balcony.

Meeru – the beach grill restaurant serving a wide selection of fresh seafood in an “al fresco” setting.
Jahaz Beach Bar – situated around the main pool and serving drinks and beach food.
Jing Bar – located near the Water Villas area, offering a wide selection of drinks, cocktails.
