There are 270 rooms and 97 villas in modern style and all rooms have:

Standard Land or Sea Room (39 sqm) - located in the main building. Superior rooms consist of one bedroom with a sitting group, bathroom with Jacuzzi and balcony. Choice of French bed or twin beds.
Suite (65 sqm) - Each suite has one bedroom with a King sized bed, 1 living room with a sitting group, 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi and a large terrace with sundeck and a large Jacuzzi.
Serenity Deluxe Villa (200 sqm) - located in the beautiful garden area and have their own private pool. On the lower floor of the villas there is a sitting room, one bedroom (twin bed) and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (one twin bed and one French bed), bathrooms with Jacuzzi.
VIP villa (400 sqm) - located in the beautiful gardens. This villa is 2 storeys high, and has an elevator. On the ground floor it has a staff bedroom with its own bathroom, a study room, a large living room with a bar, a kitchen, a fitness room with Jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna, a large terrace and a large swimming pool.
On the first floor, it has 3 bedrooms (2 twin beds, 1 French bed) with their own bathrooms.
Villa garden (86 sqm) & Villa pool (86 sqm) - located in the garden area or pool area. These villas are 2 storeys high, have one bedroom with twin beds, a bedroom with king size bed, each with their own bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi), one living room and a kitchenette.
Each villa has a large terrace with sundeck and a large open air Jacuzzi.

- Le Jardin au Printemps (French cuisine) - Le Jardin au Printemps means the garden in spring.
The restaurant is having a wine cellar which is called Le Somelier.
Le Somelier is a wine cellar with a special separate menu where guests can personally select their wines which they can enjoy during their dinner.
- S'ha A la carte (Asian cuisine) - Sha means fan, which is a commonly used accessorize in the Asian Culture. Komnenos A la carte (Aegean cuisine) - the restaurant is serving special selected dishes with Turkish Origin. Route 66 – The Steakhouse and pool bar open for lunch.
- Tetrasomia (International cuisine) - buffet style with a special changing theme every evening. The restaurant is located in the main building. The name Tetrasomia is the expression to cover the names of the 4 Classical Natural Elements.
The four classical elements of nature; Aqua, Spiritus, Ignis and Terra are used to create a pure and relaxing environment.
- La Trattoria Romana - Traditional Italian Restaurant, open for lunch. The restaurant is located at the pool side having a view over the Acisu River.

- Ella Fitzgerald Bar - The lobby bar is situated opposite of the hotel entrance. A wide selection of drinks is served in the lobby bar and the accompanying terrace.
