Banyan Tree Vabbinfaru - North Male Atoll 5*

This intimate island retreat offers its client something special in an idyllic setting, relaxed atmosphere and 'boutique' hotel style.

Location:

The Banyan Tree is located on the island of Vabbinfaru positioned centrally on the North Male Atoll a 25 minute speedboat transfer from Male International Airport.

Accommodation:

The island has 48 air-conditioned Thatched roof villas. All villas have a telephone, mini-bar, coffee and tea making facilities, hairdryer and safe. A twice daily maid service is provided. Oceanview Villa with open-air Jacuzzi and pavilion in the walled garden. Beachfront Villa are fronting the beach with private outdoor Jacuzzi and sundeck. Deluxe Oceanview Villa are more stylish and recently refurbished. Deluxe Beachfront Villa opens on to a large sundeck with a 'sala' pavilion fronting the beach.

Facilities:

Water sports include snorkelling, PADI dive centre, deep-sea fishing, night fishing, water-skiing, windsurfing (charges apply). Banyan Tree Spa with five pavilions with a range of treatments (charges apply). Fitness Centre and badminton.

Dining:

The Banyan Tree Maldives offers dining choices ranging from Maldivian and International cuisine at Ilaafathi restaurant, to the casual setting of Naiboli restaurant, set right on the beach with a natural Alang-Alang roof. This beachfront eatery serves buffet breakfasts and set dinners. Snacks are served all day long at the open-air Naiboli Bar, along with cocktails.
