There are 269 spacious and elegant Rooms & Suites all richly appointed and decorated in soft tones. All are fully equipped with air-conditioning, sat.TV, mini-bar, safe, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, King bed or Twin beds. Max. occupancy in room: 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (rollaway bed for child). Max. occupancy in suite: 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (rollaway beds for children).

Guest Rooms:
Standard Room (approx. 42-58 sqm) – situated on the lower floor with a Nile, Pyramids or Botanical gardens view.

Superior Room (approx. 42-49 sqm) – middle floor location with a Nile, Pyramids or Botanical gardens view.

Deluxe Room (approx. 54-58 sqm) – spacious, located on the 7th to 20th floor with a Nile, Pyramids and Zoological gardens view.

Premier Room (approx. 58 sqm) – spacious, located on the 7th to 20th floor with a Nile, Pyramids or Botanical gardens view.


Guest Suites:
Four Seasons Executive Suite (approx. 78 sqm) – overlooking the Nile and the swimming pool. Executive Suites have a spacious bedroom separated by French doors from the comfortable living room.

One-Bedroom Suite (approx. 108 sqm) – can be configured as a two-bedroom suite, features a large living room with a dining area that accesses a balcony and a bedroom with a large walk-in closet.
