There are 205 Rooms, Villas and Suites. All feature air-conditioning, flat screen TV with DVD player, free Wi-Fi, work area, espresso machine, a private terraces, access to the garden area, oversized bathtub and rain shower. One, two, three - bedrooms’ and Royal Villas facilities include private plunge pool, personalised butler service, King-size bed with en-suite bathroom, separate living area, dining area, kitchenette and work station with free Wi-Fi.

Deluxe Room (approx. 45 sqm) - located on the ground floor, with stunning views of desert valley.
Deluxe Balcony Room - located on upper floor. Facilities include a private balcony, seating area and views of the desert valley.

One Bedroom Villa (approx. 106 sqm) - the villas are perfect for the family and for those looking for privacy. There is a private butler service on request.
Two Bedroom Villa (approx. 190 sqm) - facilities include one King bedroom and one Twin bedroom.
Three Bedroom Villa (approx. 210 sqm) - include two King bedrooms and one Twin bedroom.
Royal Pavilion - located remotely form the main building. It is total privacy from the main resort.

Al Waha Restaurant – all-day dining restaurant with live cooking stations offers international cuisine and authentic middle east cuisine.
Suhail Restaurant – a fine dining restaurant offering fresh seafood, finest cuts of meat, finest cuisine with French touch and selection of cocktails. Open for dinner only.
Gahadeer - a poolside bar offering grilled sandwiches, Arabic Mixed Grill, light meals and Mediterranean cuisine. Open for lunch and dinner.
Al Liwan – a lobby bar offering coffee, tea and pastries.
